Looking for some software & fix

hello guys,

I'm looking for some software to create my just in case usb/cd medkit.

*virus program that can boot via usb/cd without, smart but effective & freeware
* hdd tool , i'm using seperate hdd's , is there a universal tool? also via usb/cd and freeware
* imaging/cloning tool that i can launch via usb/cd without os , freeware
* password reset windows 7/8 pc's ,, freeware , what would be the easiest and quickest way software?
