I already know that programs like Driver Booster and others are malicious. But what is the best way to update all drivers in your computer?

Either from your motherboard manufacturer or if it's an OEM like Dell or HP from them.

Other components will have to be downloaded from their sites. (GFX, other add on type components.)

Laptop drivers are more strict about being from their OEM as they tend to modify drivers specifically for their use.

If you are updating after a clean install, the chipset and network drivers are the first ones you want.

There is no one shot updater worth risking, but it pays off in the long run by getting the correct drivers from the right source.
