Looping BSOD error 1000007e

Hi,
I am trying to fix an old laptop for a friend, Dell Inspiron 1525, windows 7 home premium 32bit.

BSOD loops on startup, will not auto repair/ return to last known config.

I ram malewarbytes in safe mode, came back with a few little bits but no fix.

I have uploaded my most recent .dmp file

I hope some of you guys can shed some light on this.
