Hello, this is my first post. I hope you can help.
Until a couple of days ago when entering a name in the 'TO' line of a new email it offered more suggestions all starting with the same first letter from the contacts list. You just clicked to one you wanted.
This has suddenly stopped happening and it's very inconvenient. I have not made any changes that might have switched the feature off that I know of.
Can someone please suggest how I can get it started again? Please keep the tech stuff simple, I'm not an expert but can follow instructions.
