Friday night I had quick launch icons. Saturday morning I didn't. I also can't open the START menu and select "pin to start menu" on anything anymore. There are arrows next to certain programs as well (such as Word) that USED TO show recent documents but those don't even open anymore. All that exists there is an arrow with no functionality. What the heck? I am using W7 Ultimate 64. Why would all of my quick launch icons suddenly disappear and I can't drag and drop anything to the bar now? The bar isn't locked and nothing has changed in the system that I know of. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Mike

If Shawn's suggestion doesn't help, I think the next step would be a good virus/malware scan such as Malwarebytes. If nothing shows up in the scan, I would try a System Restore to the most recent time just before the problems occurred on Friday night or Saturday morning.
