lost all videos on IE11 - nothing will play ??

Somehow my friend managed to loose the ability to play any internet video (utube - news - etc) on IE11 on Win 7 Pro 32bit system. Previously there was no issue(s) with video. I searched around her PC & IE11 but could not find anything that would explain the loss of a video player ?
or how to get videos back up and running.

The video player seems to open on the pages...but there's nothing to start or run the video ?

Any ideas on what's causing the loss of videos and how to fix it ?

Hi,
ie11-10 do not really need flash player to play the majority of youtube videos,
Most websites will,

Seems system restore to an earlier time before the issue would be the easiest thing to try ?

But if you want to try and fix it manually,
Open ie11,
Gear symbol on the top right and Manage add-ons,
On the bottom of the left column "Show" make sure it says Show All Add-ons,
Toolbars and Extensions see if Shockwave flash object is listed and Enabled,
