Well i found this program called auslogics disk defrag and i did a defrag over night and then i check my pc in the morning and 80 gb of space is missing. I'm one of those freaks who monitor their disk space constantly even though i have 1 tb but still where did my space go? I goggled this problem and there are numerous threads posting a fix and that is deleting shadow copies by right click the hard drive in windows but i tried multiple times and it does not work!

Any one have suggestions on how to fix this ? I included a picture of the "unknown" disk space. Any suggestions on how to retrieve my space?
