Lost email contact list

I'm 87 and do not know too much about my computer, however whilst removing one of my email contacts i unfortunately deleted them all.............Senior Moment i think.
I would like to ask the forum is iit possible to recover my contacts ?
if so i would be grateful to members for their assistance.

Hi Bob,

Click on the Start orb & in the search box type C:\Users\[...]\AppData\Local\Microsoft , where you should replace "[...]" with your user name.

In the bracketed section insert your user name. This should get you into Live Mail on your computer & you should be able to find your Contact list & restore it.

This gives more detail on exactly what to do with the above remedy.

Go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft and then right click on the Windows Live Mail folder and choose 'restore previous versions'. Then choose the most recent date to restore to and click restore. After restoring to a previous date, you can always restore back to a future date. Then open Windows Live Mail.
