Lost Key

Hello

My computer was recently reset and I have had to go back to the Windows 7 Home package that came with the laptop.

I upgraded to a Windows 7 Ultimate, but now cannot find the key because it was downloaded from the Windows site.

Is there anyway to recover the download key?

If you have bought Windows 7 Ultimate online, you have most certainly got an email containing your product key. Search your emails.

If you bought the Key from MS, then there will be a copy of the Key in your MSStore account - login and check.
