Hi all, I have recently purchased my Medion PC and happy I am too apart from one thing. RAM!
The machine comes with 4Gb DDR3 RAM which in the grand scheme of things is not that much really, so I purchased 2x Corsair 4gb sticks too give it a boost, only to find to find that the PC could only see 4Gb.
Using my trusty friend, Google, I found that maybe the BIOS needed looking at, or they could be faulty.
Which brings me here. Anyone know what's going on?
Help would be much appreciated.

Regards

I don't know much about them nor could I find much more than "what on the box" specs..... I did come across a support web site HERE . Looks like you just need to enter your part/SN to get info, also had a downloadable manual (page 55 for bios).
good luck

I installed the stock 140mm case fan outside of case then installed the H70+ 1 of its 120mm fans inside case. Used the 2nd 120mm from the H70 to go in the Gpu tunnel.
230mm Front,200mm side,200mm top,120mm Gpu tunnel,120mm&140mm on H70.
Are you using a 32bit or 64bit OS? A 32bit OS can only address (up to) 4GB. You need a 64bit OS to address more than 4GB.

***EDIT***
Just saw your OS specs in your avatar area as 64bit... Hmmm... I guess the OS is not the problem...
