Lost "snipper"

had a disaster lost many thing, but getting back to normality, but still looking for one download..
I used to have right at the top of my screen a "full sun" or "full moon'' when I clicked on it down dropped an adjustable snipping square to save pics or text from any page be it facebook or internet. anyone help with the name which I have forgotten....thanks

Don't recognise the tool you describe but this is an excellent Snipping Tool built into Windows 7 that may replace your old favorite until you can locate it
