Solved Lots of BSOD problems 1A 3B 0A 50 1E C4 BE 4E

Hi everyone, first time posting!

As you can see from the title of this thread, my computer is being very slightly problematic. Lots of BSOD errors over the last week. I've attached all the info necessary to look into this, hopefully. All my system info is in my profile, hopefully.

What I've done:

- RAM tests with MemTest86, 20+ hours and 10+ passes, all fine
- GPU tests with FurMark, all came back fine
- HD tests with SeaTools, all came back fine

I've also run Driver Verifier for a while, which should show in the dumps. It was coming back with some ASUS drivers, which I removed, but it's now coming back with dxgmms1.sys, win32k,sys and fltmgr.sys. The crashes occur most when watching YouTube on Chrome, or doing literally anything in Adobe Lightroom.

The errors I've received the last few days I've recorded:

1A x 8
3B x 6
0A x 4
50 x 4
1E x 3
C4 x 2
BE x 1
4E x 1

Any help would be hugely appreciated. I use this machine for work so it's quite important that it doesn't crash loads!

That's alot of problem's you've got there.

Run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r in a elevated command prompt.

Update the DirectX driver.

Both of those came back with no problems and DirectX is already at the latest version.

Run MemTest86+ because 9 BSODs is caused by the memory and the dumps says that your memory is corrupted.

4 problems are caused by your graphics driver. Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again. This is the guide for DDU: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/83814-drivers-clean-left-over-files-after-uninstalling.html

Install the latest update of Windows Update.

Remove any ASUS hardware monitoring software.

I already ran MemTest86 for 3 nights in a row, about 20+ hours, and got no errors, but I'll try it again tonight. Also already removed anything to do with ASUS a few days ago.

Just used DDU to uninstall and reinstall my graphics drivers, but still getting crashes, last one was 1A.

I actually ran MemTest over about 10 passes before with no errors. I've now run it again over the last 2 nights, 3 passes each, and no errors again. Most of the crashes are still to do with graphics, resizing windows, watching YouTube, watching videos etc.

Did you Run MemTest over 8 passes consecutively. None stop.
No stopping and starting up testing later.

I'm just attaching some images for Laith of the last few crashes. Unfortunately no I didn't run 8 passes in a row because I need to use this machine for work and that would take over a day judging by how long a few passes takes. Is that necessary? I'm not really sure if I'd be able to do that.

Okay, i really hate to say this. But i think you might wanna replace the RAM. Before doing that, take another RAM set and put it into your computer and see if it BSODs lesser or more.

Unfortunately I don't have any other RAM lying around. Do you think it'd be worth just removing one of the sticks and running for a while to see if that helps?

Hi again. Been some days since I posted last. I tried running MemTest for 2 days straight while I wasn't here, got no errors at all. Any ideas on what to try next? Thanks.

Both sets of logs you've uploaded so far have been incomplete, both sets missing important files needed to analyse the situation. Run the DM Log Collector again until it has completely finished then upload the unedited logs in your next post.

Both times I uploaded logs I let it finish completely, it gave me a message saying "the file collector has finished", and I uploaded the zip file directly without even opening it.

I've just done it for a third time though and have attached that. Hopefully it has what was missing?
