Hello,

I am a new user here, I have been browsing this forum trying to solve my problem, but I had no luck.
Lately I have been experiencing different BSODS in random situations (usually browsing the web, or sometimes working with MS word, Adobe photoshop or lightroom, or after effects). I am attaching the dump files, I hope someone can help.

I haven't made any hardware changes lately, so I have no clue what could be causing the problem. After it started, I have reinstalled windows (formated the system drive), but it didn't help.

If you need any additional information, let me know.

Thanks.

Your current installation is considered counterfeit since it is impossible for an ACER OEM to report as genuine when installed to a retail motherboard, such as the one in your system. The only way it would report as genuine, is if it employed an activation crack to bypass the genuine check.

My recommendation is to install genuine Windows 7, which minimizes the occurence of the issues you are experiencing. Troubleshooting BSOD on a non-genuine installation is also considered to be a fruitless exercise by many of our BSOD analysts and they will often refuse to work on these - you will enjoy far more success if you can demonstrate that you are starting from a genuine installation, since some cracks employed to bypass the genuine test of Windows are known to be the actual cause of the BSOD.

Regards,
Golden
