Anybody who has drastically lower scores for their Windows 7 WEI than they did for Vista's WEI, please post your Specs Here. Specifically your HDD's specs and your mainboard.
EDIT- Why is this post marked as solved when it is most certainly solved?
This seems to work on most cases, however it is a risk.

To increase your Windows 7 Beta HDD WEI score (in many systems):
1. Control panel>hardware & sound>device manager
2. Under disk drives, find your main drive
3. Right click your main drive and select properties
4. Policies tab, uncheck the "enable write caching on this device"
5. Click ok, and re-run your WEI
