Hello, just built a new pc everythings going fine but COD4 is giving me an average fps of about 51 sometimes dropping to thirty, specs are in the drop down thanks

Like Stormy13 said, check the vsync and resolution in game settings. There also may be some more settings you can tinker with to get a higher frame rate, namely detail level.
