LPKSetup.exe says "Uninstall Failed" when I try and uninstall MUI pack

For reasons which are unclear to me, I installed all the windows 7 language packs, now, these have taken up an inordinate amount of space on my SSD, and I would like to be able to uninstall them, however, when I try and uninstall them using lpksetup.exe, it tries to uninstall each one for a while, before it says "uninstall failed". It says that the type is "MUI" so I don't think it's caused by removing parents before LIPs. I've tried rebooting and running lpksetup.exe as an admin.

Have you tried uninstalling from the Installed Updates listing?

I can't find language packs in the update listing, all I have are KB numbers, and I can't find any information on the KB number for language packs.

(On my phone) all the language packs are the same KB number..
if you can't find them there try the installed programs list.

I think I've managed to sort it out now, the packs wouldn't uninstall with a full C:\ drive, and I've cleaned up some space with CCleaner, and I'm in the process of uninstalling now, I've managed to get a couple out, I'll post back to see if I managed to uninstall them all.
