MAC Address, unable to Spoof

Hi everyone, that's my first post here

I'm having a strange problem; I had installed the Windows Seven Ultimate x64 (build 7600) on my Notebook (already installed the same build at my Desktop), eveything is ok except my network address (MAC) doesn't work; the three networks adaptares seens to be "MAC Locked".

In Vista & XP I had no problem, in my Desk no problems too (for the same USB Wireless adapter and drivers).

I tryed to change from adapter settings, registry, smac 2.0 and mac makeup, but no sucess at all
And yes, I changed the MAC, disabled the networkd adapter (or reset).

The program TMAC shows something insteresting : MAC Address....00-E0-4C-00-F4-A8 (Inactive, 00-E0-4C-24-60-19)
00-E0-4C-00-F4-A8 is the original mac
00-E0-4C-24-60-19 is the spoof

And at the 'net config rdr' there is no 'Workstation active on'.

I cannot fathom why you would need to change the MAC address..of a device?

Giga77 - Not even close

aem - In my building we have the politic to pay internet by mac, so I would have to pay twice if I want to use the wireless and the ethernet cable (of course, not at the same time).
