my mac id shows up as 12-34-56-78-90-ab... this is what shows up for 3 different dell laptops ive tried... is windows 7 using automatic 'spoofing' or something? any insight would be much much appreciated. thanks a lot

Wow do we need more information. where are you looking for your mac ID? The number above is a test (not real) ID. what are you using to obtain the ID, etc
