Greetings to all,
I have an embarrassing problem and I hope a kind soul can help me out. I am using a mac keyboard with swedish language and during install of windows 7 a picked a password with @ in it.

This at symbol was done by pressing cmd key and key 2.
However when I login in and want to change the password I cant use cmd and key 2 (this opens a new window) but I have to use alt + 2 BUT windows does not recognize my old password.

So what to do?

Hi fxchampion,

Welcome to SevenForums.

Please update your system specs.
Peruse: System Info - See Your System Specs

Do you per chance have a friend that has a non-mac keyboard you could borrow? That would be the easiest solution, or

Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk - Windows 10 Forums

Yes, the x64 version works on Win7x64.

Download the appropriate ISO file, e.g. x64.

You can't copy and paste an ISO file onto a DVD or USB flash drive, it has to be burned.

To burn ISO to DVD use ImgBurn
Video ImgBurn: Burn ISO Images to DVD

To USB use Rufus 3.3 or Rufus 3.3 Portable

Thanks for help!
Managed to fix it since I knew there was problems with keystroke. Actually CMD + 2 when log in was an ordinary integer and not "at" :D
Now I managed to change the password. And thanks to everyone!
