Solved Machine Check Exception BSOD

I keep getting this blue screen message several times a day. Not sure what to do please advise.

Yes, I am aware of the logs collection thing. But I don't necessarily feel comfortable posting it. (Personal Things on computer) Just to add, I already did a mem test and passed and during the chkdsk it did the same blue screen.

Ok I attached it, just to add it also has been sometimes freezing and no BSOD and then sometimes right to BSOD been occuring for about 4 days and sometimes it does it like twice then is fine for the rest of the day.

Well I just purchased a Windows 10 pro installation from the Microsoft store $199.99 but ok well, hope it goes well.
