Macrium free update

Hello.
While opening Macrium to make some backup, a notice about an update poped-up, I agreed and download started (should be 10.8 MB), at 10.4 MB stopped for a while and then stopped responding and closed.
Next started the program again, clicked for update, download started, almost at the end 99% it stopped again not responding. Internet connection was and is OK.
Here attached screenshots to show the problem. Any help ?

Hello.
Thanks for answer, I will try again the update.
FYI : I tried to register to the Macrium forum, but with the free version I am not accepted.
On the Macrium site is an installer download for the new version 6.1.1081, size 3.4 MB, it appears as free, if I cannot update the program, shell I stay with the current 6.1.1023 or reinstall the updated version ?

If what you have works, why update. All you get is trouble.

If you ask me you should try terminating the reflect service:

Then try downloading the new version and install it over the top of the old version.

If that doesn't work consider backing up your license key then uninstalling, followed by a reboot, then install Macrium again.
