macrium reflect, external hard drive disconnected at 92%, img backup

Hi,
When performing a drive clone using macrium reflect, the cable on the external hard drive disconnected and naturally the backup aborted, there is a .tmp file in the external hard drive still, how do I restore this to continue the image clone from where it was? Thx.
