This is in relation to my other problem posted at http://www.sevenforums.com/performa...nding-now-cant-open-outlook-check-disk-4.html. I downloaded Macrium to an external hard drive but it appears to not install properly. No menu pops up, and nothing else happens as far as I can tell. It looks like "cancel" pops up at the end, but it is very fast, so I'm not sure.
I am trying to create an image of my hard drive so that I can restore it if my laptop hard drive is bad. I also downloaded Rescue.iso to the same drive, and that opens fine.
My other question is: Can I keep my backup files on this external hard drive and still use it to create the image?
All help is welcome, as this is my work computer, and I've lost five days already.
