Hi everybody I think in the User CP i am doing something wrong and whenever i go to my email box so my Inbox is full with SF mails. What options should i change so i dont get these notifications of posts, pm's etc.

Go into your userCP and on the left side under the settings click on Setting Options and in there is the part for setting how you want to be notified.
