Major FPS Issues Now For No Reason. (Please Help)

The one game i play is league of legends, i normally get 75 fps on max setting with no spikes at all, ( Windows vista) Now that i upgraded to windows 7 im getting 20 fps on low settings and is unplay able could anyone please help me.

when i update, it makes it even worse

i think its because of crossfire

No reason for having bad fps issues
