Hi all, My laptop which I purchased last year has recently blue screen or crashed very hard and I was hoping you'd know what the problem lies before I take it in to the shop for repairs, I have a feeling it could be my ram being corrupted, or my graphics card overheating.
The blue screens ranges from PFN corrupt list, to Reference by Pointer. If not those then out of no where, the screen disperses and the whole laptop freezes and I am forced to manually turn it off.
Please find attached a zip file of the dump files as well as a performance monitor report.
The Laptops specs are
Manufacturer: TOSHIBA
Product Make: Satellite L500
Windows: Windows 7 Ultimate Edition
Memory (RAM): 3062 MB
CPU Info: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU M 430 @ 2.27GHz
CPU Speed: 2260.8 MHz
Display Adapters: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650
