Hello.

I tried google Chrome and its Performance is stunning. But I had alot of crashes from this Browser and it doesn't have Ad-Block (I used Privoxy - You can't delete what ads you want).

Now i am using FF it's Fast but slow in performance in opening and closing.

I found this tutorial 18 Firefox Tweaks to Improve Speed and Performance | ixibo is there any negative effect doing this?

Thanks

I've been stuck on FF for years and would not discourage anyone from using it, but it has become quite a resource hog. Tried Chrome and didn't like anything about it so I've been running Opera 10.1 and find it to be excellent!

Now I'm using it as my default browser, I haven't remove FF as I have years of passwords save in it and can't find a way to get them into Opera so I use it when I have to.

Of course it's free so you may want to take a test drive... :geek:

Perhaps you need a Firefox skin for Google Chrome OP, although I can't imagine that Google will be too keen on building one for you. How can you change Chrome into Firefox indeed? Well, you can't. Obviously. Furthermore your comment 'performance is stunning' just doesn't go hand in hand with the subsequent mention of repeated crashes, it's an entirely self-contradictory claim in reality.

Decent browser. But getting bloaty with Unite, and potentially unsafe in that it now acts as a web server and could, as such, be targetted for exploitations by those who like to run botnets... :p

Simple solution, don't register for Unite... ;)
