Make Internet Explorer 9 Home, Favorites, and Settings bigger size

I Have HP TouchSmart 310-1125f PC with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and i was wondering if there was a way to make the Home, Favorites, and Settings icons bigger. these are not the ones that have color they are simply the white ones on the right corner of the screen

Right click just below your address bar, click customize, check use large icons. If that`s not what you mean you`ll have to post a screenshot.

What window is that from ? IE8, windows explorer ? Is your aero turned on ?

it is from IE 9 and i have aero turned on it comes with the browser and i have no toolbars enabled
