Solved make picture frame bigger (before logging in)

I guess it is not possible :sarc:

The picture you pointed out is bitmap 7016 in explorer.exe. it's size is 128x128 pixels , and it is fixed. You may replace this bitmap with a larger one; in this case the 128x128 pixel sized crop of that large image will be shown there.

BTW, the best person in this field is Vishal Gupta, and the picture is from his computer
