Make uninstallation impossible?

I installed a computer timer to limit my computer usage, but I will probably lose control and delete it at some point. Is it possible to disable uninstall on certain programs in programs and features menu?(yes I know I can delete it manually but I got a plan for that)

You can hide a program in the Add/Remove programs applet by deleting its Uninstall entry in the registry. See this article for detailed instructions.
