Making a static drive letter on multiple computers

Also, the school computers do not have UAC enabled, so perhaps DISKPART may work inside a batch script. I have yet to try it, and I'm trying not to annoy the IT department too much considering two of them seem to be quite nice, I'd hate to get on their bad side
