I purchased my desktop used.

The seller removed the administrator PW.

I can log on as Administrator or User.

Therefore, I have complete control of the computer.

2 issues remain:

1> I wish to transfer all user data to administrator and run everything as Administrator.

2> I wish to change the name of the Administrator, especially Libraries and Documents.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Welcome to the forum Boyntonstu
You said that you log on as Admin and therefore you have complete control of the computer.
I don’t see what you mean in your first question that you wish to transfer all etc... When you said that the seller had removed the admin PW and you are the only Admin.
Renaming built-in Admin Account
In control panel click on User Accounts, then Change your account name.
NB: Before making the change, I suggest that you create another Admin account because if anything goes bad, you can log with another Admin account and undo the changes.
PS: at the top of the 7forums page select Tutorials then go and fetch for other solutions to your questions.
Good luck

Pretty much all bad ideas.

You should first create a brand new account for yourself. Transfer any information to it that you want to (you can drag and drop easily).

Now, clear out the documents, etc. under Administrator so that account is clean. Put a password on it that you will remember. Don't use that account unless you need it.

Since you wish to run as admin, I would create a new admin account for myself first, then delete the existing admin account and all of its user files, in that order.
