Making Windows 7 and 2008 R2 AIO

Is it posible to make an AIO WIM image that has both Windows 7 and Windows 2008 R2 inside?

I found this article but after reading comments it looks like it doesn't work?

Has anyone tried to make a 2008/W7 AIO?

I have not even heard of it being done. curious as to why you would want to. If y ou can tell us a little more of what you need we might be able to help.
