Malicious Sites April 4

New additions of malicious and rogue sites for April 4, 2010 which will compromise your PC Security. Some may contain ‘driveby’ downloads, trojans, backdoor bots, rootkits, rogue programs (PUP’s) and all are to be considered highly dangerous. Also bear in mind that many of these use ‘fast flux’ techniques and may not resolve as they disappear from one domain and appear on another. These sites WILL harm your computer so it is advised to keep well away from them or add them to your Hosts file so that they are blocked.
Free PC Security DOES NOT endorse any of these sites and has NO affiliation with any of them and should you choose to visit them, you do so at your own risk.

Is it really necessarily an anti malware program when you have an anti-various? Because if i accidently do download a Trojan my av will probably alert me.

All AV's aren't 100% perfect that is why to have to have backup programs like the ones mentioned above by ridakash.

+1. Never rely solely on a single product. Better to be safe than sorry

Just because you have anti-virus/anti-malware software doesn't mean you are protected. Especially from a day 0 attack. If you downloaded the latest pattern file for your software 2 days ago, and go to a site where somebody wrote a new virus this morning, guess what?
