I had a Malware problem, and Verizon tech cleaned my computer, but when I looked all my favorites are gone!!!!!!! Is there any way for me to get them back???

Try System Restore to fix your issue.

Which Browser do you use?

If no change after the System Restore, try a Browser reset. Let us know if you need assistance with that.

If still no change, your computer may still be infected and will need further cleaning to resolve your issue.

John, Verizon did a restore on my computer 2-3x's and my contacts are still there, but my favoritesare all gone. , now I guess I have to start all over again. Some tech guys it could be hidden somewhere in my files and some say no!!!!! A lot are asking for miney to check this out and maybe, maybe we can find them, for money of course.....
