malware scan pc clean up is the items safe to remove??

hi guys i usually do a maintence scan for my pc on certain days

avast anti rootkit found hidden rootkits entries in my pc should i remove them or what???

iam now doing scan with other prgrams because i dont trust 1 software to do all my works guys n gals

With all things you need a role back so if something goes wrong you can get back so go to detect and export all those keys then remove them so you can click on the .Reg files to go back if needed

just searched the registry cant find the registry key now what??
