Malwarebytes Resolutions Problem

So I just recently found out a problem with Malwarebytes version 1.44. EverytimeI run it, my resolution goes out of proportion (everything is HUGE) and my colouring goes off (weird basic colours like cyan). My screen also becomes really pixelized (well, I'd imagine if everything comes huge XD) However, despite that, the program works perfectly fine and my screen resolution goes back to normal after closing the program.
My screen resolution is 1280 x 1024.

Is it my Window's problem or Malwarebytes problem? How do I fix it?
Thankssss

Has this problem continued?
Does it happen with any other programs?
I would uninstall and reinstall a new downloaded version from the Malwarebytes site.
If the problem continues I'd look at your video card and drivers.
You may want to check what version drivers you have for your video card and see if any newer version is available at the website.

Let us know what you have done or has it been corrected.
