Hello, this is my first post here :D. Recently I browsed around other forums and and sum people says that manging the IRQs can improve the performance of certain device like the graphic/display for example which can improve gaming perrformance. So my question is: Is that really true and also if it is may sum1 plz help me prioritize my IRQs (specifically the last 3) since i dont ant bsod or anything. Here are my list of current/default IRQs:

Meh, I wouldn't really count on it to get an increase in gaming speed. Your graphics card is lacking. If you want to play the latest games, I recommend you get a new graphics card, such as a GTX 460 (great bang for buck). You can get one from Newegg for 119 bucks (with mail-in rebate). Overclocking it can yield gaming results similar to a GTX 560 Ti.

Why is that necessary? It isn't, just get the new GPU, and install it onto your rig.

It's been nearly a decade since anyone had to mess with IRQ settings. When you get a new card, clear out the old drivers, install the new card and the latest drivers for it, and enjoy playing your games.

Lol ya. Too many people getting their GPU's and tweaking the hell out of them constantly when they should just be using the GPU for its true purpose... Gaming :). Back to Fallout 3 :). Amazing game, yet crashes a lot lol.

To be honest, the people who should be tweaking their GPUs are going to be the types who want to get the most out of their card. The problem is... When you try to nick and dime some of the hardware, tweaking the cheaper hardware isn't going to do as well as just getting the better card in the long run.

The only reason why people are tweaking to get more out of their card is just for pure fanatacism of getting more out of their system, but as an average consumer, you will definitely not see 'better'.
