Solved manually add exchange server - server address is encrypted

end user has outlook 2013 and we are performing a new install and need to setup outlook 2013 with 2 exchange email boxes first one comes online and the 2nd one can not add manually as the server address is encrypted. so it was added manually via the hash which is not correct how do we had another 2nd mailbox not knowing the server address.
