Before we can even begin to investigate the underlying problems you need to update these. Yours is from 2003. That is 6 years before win 7.

BIOS64.sys 6/7/2003 8:12:00 PM fffff880`039a3000 fffff880`039ab000 0x00008000 0x3ee27f50

How To Find Drivers:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
Driver Reference Table (DRT)

I updated all drivers and the ITE driver wouldnt install so i rebooted like it told me too. on the startup i got a BSOD and i had to restart again. I just tried to re install the driver but it still wont work. Heres my minidump from the last BSOD.

The BIOS64.SYS driver is critical. where did you download it from?
