Many installed pgms missing from Control Panel -> Pgms & Feats
Many but not all installed pgms no longer appear in ControlPanel pgm display. However "Ccleaner" appears to show ALL pgms properly. What is going on ?

Could you try a restore point to before this happened?

If your not sure when this occurred, see if this fixes the issue:
1.) Are you logged in as an administrator?
2.) Have you tried to create another user account to see if that fixes the problem?
