many program I cant open Only Run as Administrator I open the program

Hello Hogrnahro,
Some programs require to run elevated (run as administrator) to be able to run properly.
If you like, you could use OPTION FIVE in the tutorial below to set the program to always run as administrator through compatibility mode for how you want to.
