Marked icons everywhere !!!!

Hello everybody,

I have a problem with my icons in Win. 7 everytime I want to click a certain icon it shows up like marked
exactly like that picture that you have in Attachment...

Any suggestion or trick how to remove that would be nice

You can uncheck the Use check boxes to select items box in Folder Options to turn this off.
