Is there anything I can disable (That isnt already by TuneUp Utilities Turbo Mode) to make my computer run some games better

In a word, no.... Games require good hardware and not just a couple of services disabled and for you the only way you will get more fps is by upgrading your gfx chip at the very least.....

aha.. so, you are running an emulator and you notice intermittent slow-downs..
even after you have disabled all those background thingies you know of..

hmmm...

have you tried hitting ctrl-alt-delete when it happens and seeing what the task manager reports..
you can see what services, etc are running in real time - just click on the appropriate tab..

the busy ones will show up..

Yea nothing takes up any CPU other than svchost.exe occasionally. And the few things that take up any ram at all I need on to use it :P.

When all else fails,consult the manua.....Nah just get a new card,Does not have to be top of the line,just something that was actualy made to perform.There are allot of "older" cards(by older i mean cards that still kick serious ass,but are replaced by newer versions.)those card now have relatively good prices.

Well its a laptop. As soon as I get a job, im going to save up for a computer that at least has a dedicated card. Probobly a HP DV6 for about 800$.

You would be better off scrapping the thought of an oem machine and building your own, you will get far more for your $800.

Ah, I see a the dv6 is a laptop.....
