Maybe someone here cna upload his windows 7 iso file in this case home premium to some site so we can download the iso ?

When i'm going here to the digital river links: Official Windows 7 SP1 ISO from Digital River « My Digital Life

When i click on the bottom on the english windows 7 home premium iso i'm getting transferred to microsoft office site for some reason.

I'm not asking for a free product key or something just for the iso.
I have the key on the back of my laptop hp pavilion dv6 but i tried to enter the key to the microsoft site in the tutorial of clean install but getting message the key is not working.

Tried the digital river links not working i'm getting transferred to microsoft office site to buy office.

Why is it so so so hard to get a simple iso file of something i paid already ?
They giving us windows 10 for free but for windows 7 i need to pay 50$ or more and wait so much.

I have a new hard disk on my laptop and i'm stuck can't do anything.

The Digital River site iso`s have been gone for months now, and you can`t use the oem key off the laptop to download the iso file from MIcrosoft.

You will have to get it from somewhere else, or contact the PC manufacturer to see if you can order recovery discs.

Yep a premeditated move by M$ to tear down Digital river soon after 10 testing started
I don't know about the 50.us bit but win-10/ 7 and 8.1 Home/ Premium oem/ system builder is 99.us at Newegg/ Amazon even TigerDirect.

If you see something for less it's probably not worth buying and nothing but a useless recovery tools disk worth 10.us.

As you know, The ISO images at MS are free with a retail product key.

If your laptop product key doesn't work on the MS site link provided you likely have the OEM & need to download your ISO from your laptop mfg website (it'll include the specific drivers, chipset etc for your laptops hardware config). For example Dell provides their OEM ISO online free. That's the easiest route if you don't have your OEM CD. Another simple route is to reset back to factory default using the OEM recovery partition. Then create/burn your own ISO image.

The link that CamileWin posted appears to be from Microsoft, but it is asking for your Product Key in order to download the ISO. I have not heard of anything like that before. Add Ram, does this seem strange to you?

Yes, This seems strange to me. Doubt if it`s true. If you could get a free iso from HP or Dell etc, why wouldn`t someone have mentioned it by now
