MC is cutting tv screen bottom

Hello,

I'm having a problem viewing tv in mediacenter
Around 1" from bottom of the tv screen is being cut off

I'm using

Intex Usb TV Tuner Stick
Windows 7 X64
ATI Graphics

Somebody please help !

when you right click the screen area do you see the options to select zoom, you may have to pause first.
if so check the zoom is set to the first option -normal
