Solved McAfee virtual

Hi guys i don't know that i found out the real thread to write and am not at all sure is here that I can write this problem any way please bear with me thanks !!! My question and of course a request is that I have in my mini not book McAfee internet security and some months before I brought a new CD(new sub and activated and updated) but now always shows your pc at risk activate and am trying to do it and its not working at all...I spent a lot of money to buy the new sub and its just making me nervous I cant find out whats the problem can any one help me,and am sorry for such stupid question only the thing am not at all good in computer thank you guys
