media buttons question!

First sorry for my less than good english im actualy french/Canadian.

My question, is can i configure my windows settings to actualy still using the media buttons when the screen is locked?

Dell N5010 I3 working under windows 7 home premium 64bit

not that im aware of,locked is locked, you can still have music playing when its locked but no buttons, im not aware of any third party software that allows it either, hopefully if someone knows otherwise they will post.
