Media Center not recording

I have added the library for recorded tv and verified that the scheduler service is running. When I select a show for recording, it seems to accept it and shows the red dot in the guide, but when the show time begins - it doesn't record

very strange - any ideas on how to debug?

Record worked before the recording drive failed and had to be replaced.

no error code was presented by Media Center.

I looked at these links and verified everything. The guide is current, no conflicts, the channel was active, etc. Still nothing.

Sorry, but I can't find much else. If there's no error code, it's unfortunately a lot harder to diagnose the problem. All I can do at the moment (until I find a fix), is direct you to Microsoft Support.

Down the bottom of the page there should be an E-mail and Phone option. They should be able to help you out.
