Media Player and album art

Hi,

First post so please go easy. When dowloading music that does not have album artwork (eg dance mixes from sound cloud etc) windows media seems to select another albums artwork so I have a least 6 albums all by different artists but the same art work. Is there any way I can delete all art work and have a ? or am I able to deselect artwork?

Have tried suggestions by deleting media player folder etc but it keeps saying file in use

Your best bet would be to use MediaMonkey to delete the Album Art. Then in Windows Media Player, go to Tools --> Options and under the Library Tab, be sure uncheck the box that says "Retrieve additional information from the internet".

Or just use Media monkey to embedd all the information you want.
(I find it easier and overall better than WMP)

You can even get your own album artwork if you want.

MM has excellent tagging abilities.
